of the EC Trust (Labuan) Bhd (ECT) Website ("Site").
By using this Site, you agree to accept and comply with these
terms of use. ECT reserves the right, at ECT's complete discretion,

agreement or negligence of ECT or its representatives. |

7. |
JURISDICTION |
|
This
agreement is construed according to and is governed by
the laws of Labuan, Malaysia. A dispute in relation to
any matters arising under this agreement or in relation
to the Site shall be referred to and finally resolved
by arbitration under the United Nations Commission on
International Trade Law ("UNCITRAL") Rules of
Arbitration, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated
with reference to this clause.
A party claiming that a dispute has arisen must give written
notice to the other parties to the dispute specifying
the nature of the dispute. On receipt of the notice specified
above the parties to the dispute must within seven (7)
days of receipt of said notice seek to resolve the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within seven (7) days or
within such further period as the parties agree, then
the dispute is to be referred to one Arbitrator. The place
of Arbitration shall be Labuan, Malaysia unless otherwise
agreed between the parties. The language to be used in
the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
